It's all well for Liverpool in the CL so far. We won 2-1 against Marseille. Didn't watch the match but Stevie scored both goals. So, you legend Stevie! His form is always great right after he came back from injury.

He's NOT the only one. Having missed most of last season due to a metatarsal injury(Damn those Adidas boots!), Danny Agger was superb during pre-season. But the great form of Carra and Skrtel means Danny is denied 1st team action since the start of the season. So, reports from Denmark say he's unhappy at the club and with his contract running out by the end of this year, he's hinting that he might quit the club during the January transfer window because Liverpool has yet to make a new offer for him.

Rick 'the snake' Parry says they are drafting out a new contract for him and both he and Rafa assured Danny that he's in the club's long term plan. Phewwww.

It's understandable why he is frustrated. When you know you are as good as the other two, if not better in certain aspects, but still can't even make the bench in some of the matches, who wouldn't be? But, keep the faith Danny Boy, keep the faith.

At times like this is why I like the picture of him laughing opened mouth in the sun so much. Oh, Ru did a painting of that, and it's on her blog(clicky). The drawing is freaking good! Ahahah, and she named it "Danny for May". Thanks girl! The painting made my day! :D

They are fit. They are back in training. I say, "bring it on, Mancs!" Can't freaking wait for the match tonight.

Anyway, I think I'm much more used to seeing the lads in the jerseys or training kits than the stuff below. Seriously, they should stick to football and forget all about modeling. Maybe Xabi is the only one who can do it right with the sex look he has. I mean he looks good without trying too hard. Unlike uhmm, say, Stevie.

But man, Stevie can "pose". With a smile as well. But what's with the legs Captain?

Carra: "Someone fucking get me outta here!"

And *drum rolls*, my Agger.

Okay, I'm not even going to think of how thin he looks. He needs to gain some pounds back. But just look at those tatts! Epitome of sexiness, no?

It's Bye Finn, and Bienvenido Riera!
Tuesday, September 2, 2008 6:30 PM

As our performance go from bad to worse, we draw positive(hopefully) from the a new signing.

We drew the Villa match. We were shite. We were clueless. We played so badly that it's a good thing that I was in a bad mood before the match even started hence I couldn't feel any worse during the match. I have never, ever see the team play like this before. Ok, maybe I have, but we suck so much that even that isn't the point. There was one occasion, one occasion, that we can win the match and get the 3 points and a perfect record heading into the international break. But, all I have to say is "DAMN YOU, ROBBIE KEANE!" If it was Nando, okay,no need Nando, even Voronin can score that goal! Got return policy or not ar? Or is good sold not returnable. As if losing Stevie to groin injury after the Liege match and Keane blowing that super nice set up from Masch is not bad enough, Nando pulled his hamstring. Words is that he'll be out for 3 weeks. Just great, we got Mancs after the international break. This is just great. IF only we have David Villa. Damn Yanks.

Amidst all those, a positive note is that we signed a left winger. Albert Riera from Espanyol. Apparently he's a good player. And we do need width in the squad. So, hopefully, he'll prove to be a good signing. But, as part of the deal(which we'll see Rafa/the club deny it later), Finnan is gone. The Steve Finnan who's so consistent, who used to play for us week in week out, until Alvie was signed. So, thank you Finnan! You'll always be our unsung hero and Irish Matt Damon.

And welcome to the club, Riera!

My life is whole again.
Sunday, August 24, 2008 10:15 PM

Football, F1, tennis, and all sort of sports at the Olympics, you name it. The amount of sports that I've been watching during the weekend makes my life whole again. Serious shit. Nothing makes me feel this good!

Pepe "el loco" Reina ran out for celebration AGAIN

We've got another 3 points in the BPL thanks to both our captain and vice captain! Literally stepping up when we needed them to. Well, we played shite but 2 wins and 6 points are what we needed. Is this what Rafa have been talking about all this while? The ability of converting draws into wins? Let's hope so.

Spot Monster Masch!

Also congrats to Masch for winning the gold with Argentina at the Olympics! And Lucas for the bronze with Brazil! That's pretty damn good okay, 3 of our players who went for the games, 2 came back with medals. So, I think it's perfectly ok that I grinned like a proud idiot when their names got mentioned during the trophy presentation! Oh, and by the way, that is the longest I have to wait for a trophy presentation. They sure were taking their own sweet time to shower.

Oh, was watching the handball bronze medal match between Spain and Croatia. They have 2 Pepe Reina lookalike in the squad! And this is the 1st time that I'm really watching handball, learning the rules and all, and I find the sport kinda ridiculous.

So, the Olympics is all wrapped up now. Get to see most of the sports I wanted to, except white water rafting. Oh well, let's see how it goes in London 2012. Wunnie proposed something over on MSN which really got my attention.

So, every semester, there's bound to be a period of 2 to 3 weeks where I just feel the stress is too much to bear. I get it twice every semester. These 2 weeks is the 1st of this semester. So wheee.

BUT, I feel great today. Because today was productive. Because today I get to down coffee like nobody's business. I feel so blissful that I'm humming random songs when I'm doing laundry. I usually curse, mind you.

And then, one sms is all it takes. Some people are just plain dumb. Now this is how I feel.

Probably shouldn't let stupid things bother me too much. Puckers.

Credits to Natalie and that Liverpool's Number 9. I feel all better now.

Oh and thank God for Nando! We got a 3 points and a clean sheet. Now lads, build on that, please. And we CANNOT sell Xabi. It was shite before he came on and provided Nando the great pass that led to the goal apparently. Under normal circumstances, goal scorer ran to the player who provides pass. But no, Nando ran towards our captain. Surprise, surprise. Tsk tsk, poor Xabi.

This look so WRONG. But oh, no worries, they are just picking up from where they left off last season.

And if anyone shall be the hero of our nation this month since it's Merdeka month and all, it should be Chong Wei. At least he made it this far. Well done, lad.

Serious? David Silva?
Tuesday, July 8, 2008 9:42 PM

I'm SICK of reading all the Barry, no Barry news recently. Stupid Villa. Stupid owners. Saw this sig over at RAWK which read "Mr. Hicks, please get the hell lost before we are forced to release Mascherano and Skrtel on you." You have no idea how much I want to do that now.

If we were to believe any of the rumours out there on football sites, then this is the piece that will keep me on high 3 days straight. Rafa is spending the Crouchy money on DAVID SILVA. Si, si, that's what I want to read, not the Barry shite. But, Silva at Anfield sounds a bit too good to be true.

Besides that, Lucas has been called up to the Brazilian squad for Olympics, so good for him. Masch is likely to be called up to the Argentina squad too, which Rafa is bound to make a lot of noise but are you seriously thinking about stopping a lad to be part of Olympics? If Xabi were to leave (please don't.), that leaves us with who in the central midfield? Gerrard and Barry? Even if we get Barry, who's to say he'll settle right into the squad. We CANNOT afford to lose Xabi. Full stop.

Went to watch Wanted again this afternoon and skipping Malaysian Studies in the process. Don't ask me why am I even taking the class since I already took the subject back in INTI. I want to kill MMU. Anyway, love love love the movie a lot. I don't mind watching it the 3rd time seriously. I think I've got something for dark humour. Or maybe it's James McAvoy's baby blue eyes. Heheh.

Here's a few pictures from the outing with Sara, Rachel and Q Jin last Wednesday. We so need to do this again when you come back, Rachel!

Happy Birthday Stevie
Friday, May 30, 2008 1:35 PM

Happy 28th Birthday Stevie Gerrard!

Yeah you bet I don't like the way Xabi is looking at him. So gay. But, nonetheless, he's still one inspiring captain for the club. Stevie, thanks for Istanbul and so many more crucial moments when you stepped up and single handedly bring the team towards victory.
